Topless Waiters: $80.00 ph + Gst (min 2 hour booking)
Waiters in Boxers or Briefs: $90.00 + Gst per hour (min 3 hour booking)
G-String with or with out apron: $100.00 per hour (minimum 3 hour booking)
Note: Travel expense may apply for outer CBD Melbourne bookings
